We're in the swing of the regular semester now, and can't believe we're closing out the month. The kids are doing well in school so far. Dallin proved himself worthy to his band teacher and was invited to pick up a baritone to practice with at home. It sounds really nice with its deeper tones.
Elena is tackling high school. She enjoys the freedom and greater respect that teachers have for the students in general. She's getting up at 5ish each morning to attend seminary and is managing her time well to be able to stay awake throughout the day. She's enjoying participating in orchestra, particularly the more advanced music.
Ainsley is here in Cary going to school full time at Wake Tech. She's focusing on a psychology major right now and really enjoys her abnormal psych class. She's working at Learning Express toy store which keeps her "young". She'll occasionally bring home the items that the owner has earmarked to throw out. We've made good use of this massive twirling display case - what younger sister wouldn't want to have a 6 foot tall jewelry stand!!!
Scott and I are working together to produce new video for our internet course. Our home is our studio. Be careful when you drop by, we may just grab you and put you in our next video segment!!
